Chief Financial Officer (Dip. IT, BCom (Accounting), CPA)
Jay is an accomplished finance executive with over 15 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector. He leads the organisation’s financial strategy, providing strategic advice to the Committee of Management and Executive team to support long-term sustainability. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he works closely with leaders across the organisation to align financial performance with strategic and community impact goals.

Rosemary is an experienced social worker. She has spent 25 years working with families and children in the areas of permanent care/foster care, volunteer management and disability..

Roz is our Plan Manager Team Lead with past experience in Accounts and Auditing. As an NDIS Plan manager for seven years, she has developed her skills and expertise in NDIS plan management, guiding our PM Team and other staff of Extended Families.

As an experienced and compassionate NDIS Support Coordinator, Quyen is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to lead independent, fulfilling lives. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, Quyen brings a unique ability to support diverse communities, ensuring that participants from various cultural backgrounds feel heard, understood, and supported. With a deep understanding of the NDIS, Quyen works closely with participants to navigate the complexities of the system, ensuring they access the services and supports they need to achieve their goals. Drawing from a background in in social work with 19 years’ experience in the welfare and community service industry, Quyen excels at developing personalised support plans that promote choice, control, and community integration.

Alison has over 10 years’ experience in the disability sector and was a former employee of the National Disability Insurance Agency.  Most recently Alison has worked as a Support Coordinator and Specialist Support Coordinator since 2017 and specialises in supporting people in transitional phases of their lives.  Alison brings to the role her skills and expertise in navigating Government systems and support services in the Community and is passionate about supporting people to build strengths, develop skills and to assist people with a disability to create meaningful community connections and realise their full potential.

Amy has a background in aged care, who transitioned to working with clients with disabilities two years ago, She specializes in supporting people of all ages, from children to older adults, with a diverse range of disabilities. She actively engages with and supports the families of their clients. She speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Lauren is a dedicated NDIS Support Coordinator with over 6 years of experience in the disability sector. Lauren has a Bachelor of Health Sciences with majors in disability, families, and health promotion studies, and is also currently completing her Master of Social Work. Lauren is passionate about advocacy and empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals through a client centred and compassionate approach.

Samantha-Jane Potter, a compassionate Social Groups and Volunteer Coordinator, creates meaningful events for disabled children, youth, and their families. With experience in care management and event coordination, she holds a Postgraduate degree in Arts and Community Engagement, an Art’s degree in drama and music, and a Diploma in Leisure and Health. Samantha-Jane fosters inclusive spaces and promotes well-being through thoughtful programming and collaboration
