Art and Friendship Day
Our Western Vietnamese Friendship Group were treated to a fun filled Come and Try Art and Friendship Day with a variety of artistic and sensory experiences for children to explore. The children who attended were aged from two years old to mid teenagers. They had the chance to try mask making, slime play, art painting, collage making and making stress balls (not that the children were stressed, it's just a fun thing to make!). Parents who attended had a great time and got involved with the activities the children were doing too.
To conclude the activities of the day, everyone enjoyed a pleasant morning tea outside. A great day was had by all!
Special thanks to Nga Do, Rex Hateley and Amanda Perry for helping out on the day.
