Introducing Kết nối tai Brimbank! Connect in Brimbank!

Extended Families was successful in receiving funding through the Brimbank Council's Community Grant Scheme to provide school holiday events for Vietnamese youth aged 5-25 years of age who are living with a disability and residing in Brimbank.

Together with Brimbank Council and local community activity providers, Extended Families will host host four ‘Come and Try Community Events’ for Vietnamese you and young adults with a disability, their parents and their siblings who live in Brimbank!  All the events are inclusive, family friendly, bi-lingual, low cost and will take place in Brimbank during school holiday periods in 2023!
